How long will it take to ship my item?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. However, some manufacturers may take an additional 2–4 days for processing. *Please consider these processing times in addition to the shipping estimates below.*
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to your destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase, assuming your order has not been shipped out yet.
We stand by our products and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us in its original condition within 30 days, email tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will gladly refund you.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We recommend shipping your items back via Fedex/UPS.
